Our commitment
We want customers to be able to understand the product, policies and purchase route using common browsers, keyboards, screen readers and zoom settings. We aim for clear headings, sufficient contrast, visible focus, semantic controls and text alternatives for meaningful images.
Digital products
The PDFs use consistent headings, high-contrast text and A4 layouts. The editable planner uses labelled worksheets and stable tables. Master Suite video lessons include VTT captions, audio versions and plain-text transcripts. The current PDFs are not tagged for full structural screen-reader navigation and the worksheets do not contain interactive form fields. We disclose those limitations before purchase.
Known limitations
- Some PDF tables may be easier to use visually or in print than with assistive technology.
- Spreadsheet appearance and chart support can vary between XLSX-compatible apps.
- Third-party payment checkout has its own accessibility implementation.
- Generated lifestyle and product mockup images are illustrative and not needed to understand the offer.
Requesting an accessible alternative
If a format creates a barrier, email support@suttonfairchild.com with the page or file and the format you need. We will assess reasonable alternatives and reply within two UK business days.
Feedback
Accessibility feedback is welcome. Include the device, browser or assistive technology where helpful, but do not send sensitive information that is not needed for the request.
