Privacy Notice

What we collect, why we use it, who receives it and the choices available to you.

Effective 8 August 2026

1. Controller

LTD ACCOUNTANTS LTD, trading as Sutton Fairchild, is the controller for personal information described in this notice. Company number 17042387. Registered office: Unit 9105, Access House, 141 Morden Road, Mitcham, United Kingdom, CR4 4DG. Privacy contact: support@suttonfairchild.com.

2. Information we collect

  • Identity and contact details such as name and email address.
  • Order information such as product, amount, currency, receipt reference, payment status and consent record.
  • Limited billing information returned by the payment provider. We do not receive or store full card numbers or card security codes.
  • Support correspondence and information you choose to provide.
  • Technical and security information such as IP address, timestamps, request logs and download events needed to operate and protect the service.

3. Why we use it and our lawful bases

  • To take payment, form the contract, deliver files and provide support: necessary to perform the contract.
  • To keep accounting, tax and consumer-law records and respond to lawful requests: necessary to meet legal obligations.
  • To prevent fraud, protect downloads, diagnose service problems and defend legal claims: our legitimate interests in operating a secure and accountable store, balanced against your rights.
  • To send optional marketing only where you have given valid consent. Marketing consent is separate and is not required to buy. This site does not enrol purchasers in marketing by default.

4. Who receives information

We use service providers where necessary, including payment processing, web hosting, email delivery, security and professional advisers. They may act as processors or independent controllers depending on the service. Payment information entered at checkout is processed under the payment provider's own privacy terms.

5. International processing

Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where UK data-protection law requires safeguards, we use an available lawful transfer mechanism and assess the provider and service. Contact us for more information about safeguards relevant to your data.

6. Retention

We keep order, payment and consent records for the period reasonably required for accounting, tax, consumer protection, fraud prevention and legal claims, normally up to six years after the relevant transaction or accounting period unless a longer or shorter period is required. Routine technical logs are kept for shorter operational periods. Support messages are reviewed and deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.

7. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict personal information, object to certain processing, receive portable data, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful use. Rights are not absolute where law requires us to keep or use information.

Send a request to support@suttonfairchild.com. We may ask for proportionate information to verify identity. You may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

8. Security

We use HTTPS, access controls, payment-provider checkout, expiring download links, logging and other proportionate measures. No online service can promise absolute security, so please contact us promptly if you suspect misuse.

9. Children

The store and product are intended for adults. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children.

10. Cookies and similar storage

The public store does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. Essential service and payment-provider technologies may operate where needed to complete checkout or protect the service. Read the Cookie Notice.

11. Updates

We review this notice when services or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
