1. Digital-only products
Every edition of The Calm Home Reset is supplied digitally. No physical item is posted. There are no shipping fees, delivery destinations or parcel tracking numbers.
2. What happens after payment
- Your payment must be confirmed successfully by our payment provider.
- A confirmation page displays secure links for the edition purchased.
- An automated order email is sent to the checkout email address with secure access links and contract information.
- Master Suite orders also receive a private portal link for the taught lessons and resource vault.
The email normally arrives within 15 minutes. Check spam, junk and promotions folders before contacting support.
3. Secure links
Download links are personal to the order and normally expire seven days after issue. Master Suite portal links normally expire 365 days after issue. Expiry protects the order link; it does not convert the purchase into a subscription. If access expires, contact us from the order email with the receipt reference. We will verify the purchase and reissue an appropriate link.
4. What each edition contains
- Core: 30-page guide and 13-page Print Pack, both PDF.
- Pro: all Core files, 33-page Implementation Workbook PDF, 20-page 90-Day Maintenance Planner PDF, editable XLSX planner and convenience ZIP.
- Master Suite: all Pro files, four specialist PDFs, complete resource ZIP, five MP4 lessons, five M4A audio versions, five VTT caption files, five TXT transcripts and private portal access.
5. Compatibility
- English-language PDF resources use A4 pages and require a current PDF reader.
- The editable planner requires an app that supports standard XLSX workbooks; some formatting or charts may vary by app.
- Video is supplied as MP4 and audio as M4A for current mainstream browsers and media players.
- Captions use WebVTT and transcripts use plain text.
- ZIP archives require a standard archive utility. The same working files are also offered separately.
- The worksheets are not interactive PDF forms.
6. Your email address
You are responsible for checking the email address entered at checkout. If you notice an error, contact support@suttonfairchild.com with the receipt reference and the correct address. We may ask for reasonable information to verify the order before changing delivery details.
7. Immediate supply and cancellation
Before paying, you are asked to request immediate access and acknowledge that the 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right ends once a download or portal access begins. This does not affect statutory rights if the content is faulty or misdescribed. See the Digital Product Refund Policy.
8. If delivery is delayed
If the confirmation page does not show access or the email has not arrived after 15 minutes, do not place a second order. Contact support. We aim to reply within two UK business days and will verify the payment before restoring access.
9. Sales territory
The initial launch is intended for customers in the United Kingdom and is priced in pounds sterling. Do not purchase from another country unless checkout expressly permits it and shows any applicable total taxes before payment.
