2. These terms
These terms apply when a consumer buys digital content from suttonfairchild.com. Please read them before ordering and keep the order confirmation for your records. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
3. Product and compatibility
The product and checkout pages state the selected edition, main characteristics, formats, page counts, media runtime, language, compatibility, access and licence. The content is general educational material, not personalised or professional advice. You are responsible for using current compatible software and deciding whether general home-organisation information is suitable for your circumstances.
4. Price and payment
Core costs GBP 19.00, Pro costs GBP 59.00, and Master Suite costs GBP 139.99. Each is a one-time price. No shipping fee, trial, subscription or recurring payment applies. The selected edition and final total appear directly before the payment step. A contract is formed when payment is accepted and we issue the order confirmation. Payment card details are entered with the payment provider and are not stored by this website.
5. Digital delivery and access periods
After successful payment, secure links are provided on the confirmation page and by automated email. Download links normally last seven days. Master Suite portal links normally last 365 days and can be reissued after purchase verification. A link's expiry is a security control, not a recurring fee. 6. Immediate access and cancellation
You normally have a 14-day cancellation period for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. If you choose immediate access, checkout requires your express consent for supply to begin during that period and your acknowledgement that the change-of-mind cancellation right is lost once download or portal access begins. Statutory remedies for faulty or misdescribed digital content remain. Read the Digital Product Refund Policy.
7. Personal, non-commercial licence
On full payment, we grant the purchaser a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use the purchased files for personal, non-commercial use within one household. You may make reasonable printed copies for that household.
You must not resell, sublicense, rent, publish, upload to a shared drive or public platform, distribute outside the licensed household, remove ownership notices, claim authorship, create a competing product from substantial parts of the files, or use the files to provide paid organising, training or consultancy services without prior written permission.
8. Master Suite edition updates
Master Suite customers receive, at no recurring charge, updates Sutton Fairchild publishes to this edition while the product remains actively maintained. No fixed update schedule is promised, and access does not include unrelated future products or personal consulting.
9. Intellectual property
The files, lessons, recordings, written content, layouts and Sutton Fairchild branding are owned by or licensed to LTD ACCOUNTANTS LTD. The purchase transfers a licence, not ownership of intellectual property rights.
10. Acceptable use and security
You must not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the website, test stolen payment credentials, introduce malicious code or use automated methods that impose an unreasonable load. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, security or licence abuse, while preserving statutory rights.
11. Our responsibility
We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or breach of statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made, or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.
12. Events outside reasonable control
If delivery is delayed by an event outside our reasonable control, we will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect and restore access. Contact us if a delay is significant.
13. Changes
The terms that apply are those presented when you order. We may update future terms for legal, security or operational reasons, but will not retrospectively remove rights from an existing purchase without agreement.
14. Law and courts
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, mandatory protections and the courts available to you under the law of your home jurisdiction remain available.
15. Contact and complaints
Email support@suttonfairchild.com with the order email, receipt reference and a clear description. We aim to acknowledge complaints within two UK business days and provide a substantive response as soon as reasonably possible.
